Bihar: Case filed against Salman Khan, Karan Johar in Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case

Delhi- Sudhir Kumar Ojha, a lawyer in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, has filed a case against Salman Khan and Karan Johar, among others, in the case of the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. In this, four people, including Kangana Ranaut and Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh, have been made witnesses.

The case has been filed under Section 306, Section 302, Section 504 and Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code IPC. The court has fixed July 3 for its hearing. Other accused in the case include Bollywood celebrities Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ekta Kapoor, Bhushan Kumar of Dinesh Vidyarthi series.

Kangana Ranaut and K Bhushan testified-

K. Bhushan Kumar is also included. It should be noted that Kangana Ranaut has been very vocal about nepotism in Bollywood. In particular, he has openly accused Karan Johar that he is carrying on this tradition. Kangana Ranaut had also blamed a lot of people on her video. Earlier, this issue was used to be voiced. Kangana has called Karan Johar the flag bearer of nepotism.

There is no first opportunity to file a case against people associated with Bollywood in Muzaffarpur. In the past, cases have been filed against many big personalities including Raveena Tandon Amitabh Bachchan. Recently, a lawsuit was filed against Ekta Kapoor for her web series. He is yet to be heard.

Father demands a CBI inquiry-

Let us tell you that Sushant Singh Rajput had committed suicide in his flat in Mumbai on Sunday. In this case, along with Bollywood star Salman Khan, the said people are being accused including torture and other charges. Let me tell you that the father of the institute demanded a CBI inquiry by the CBI in this case, there was anger among many of his friends in Patna and he is talking about boycotting films like Salman Khan and Karan Johar etc. Meanwhile, Ajay's case has been filed in Muzaffarnagar.

It was learned from the media that Sushant was still number one in the film world, not the conspiracy of the accused behind Sushant's suicide. The accused were plotting to humiliate them. Sushant was boycotted by these filmmaker directors. The films were not allowed to be released. Accused was not wishing that this emerging artist of Bihar should leave them behind and go ahead. This led to such a situation that Sushant Singh was forced to take suicidal steps. It is also performed with other artistes from outside. Let us tell you that even before this, Sushant had given such indications in his many tweets that he is being treated like a nepotism there.

Sushant Singh is most well known by the name of Pavitra Rishta, Manav from his TV series. He has been working with memorable movies such as MS Dhoni-The Untold Story, Kedarnath, Kai Po Che, etc. The audience and critics praised his last film, Chhichhore. The police seemed to be alerted to his domestic help when he saw the body pending. The police are examining this issue.

Sushant Singh Rajput, a Bollywood actor, was found dead at Mumbai's Bandra Residence. He was thirty-four. He was found suspended in his home and the police were told by a domestic aid. A Bandra Police team has rushed to inquire and information is awaited.

Rajput was one of the bright stars of the younger generation last seen in Netflix movie Drive. He has been active in movies like Kai Po Che, MS Dhoni biopic and Kedarnath.
